We offer a 12-month warranty on all Lunalea pieces from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects — such as fading, breakage, or faulty clasps — as long as the item has been used under normal conditions.
Please note: our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or regular wear and tear (e.g. scratches, bent pieces due to pressure).
If you believe your piece qualifies for a warranty claim, email us at support@lunaleajewellery.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll take care of it.

Shipping is €4.95 worldwide. Orders over €75 ship for free.
When can I expect my order?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery may take around 2–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Can I exchange my items?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item and place a new order for the one you want.

How long does a refund take?
We aim to process all returns within 14 business days after receiving the item. In rare cases, this may take up to 30 business days, depending on volume or inspection.
Once your refund has been approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. It can take up to 3 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

While all Lunalea pieces are waterproof and tarnish-free, a little care goes a long way in preserving their shine.
