Hi, I’m Talisha. Founder of Lunalea.
I’ve worn the same jewellery every day for as long as I can remember. When I was younger it was silver, always minimal. Just a few small pieces I put on and never really took off.
That changed when I started modelling. Stylists would finish an outfit with one pair of earrings or a single heavy gold chain, and suddenly the whole look made sense. That’s when I started seeing jewellery differently.
I moved to gold, then to bigger pieces, and eventually stopped wearing much else.
I started Lunalea in 2024 while I was living abroad. I wanted to build something of my own and do something creative with it.
Every piece in the collection is one I’ve chosen myself. If I wouldn’t wear it, it isn’t here.
We want Lunalea to be the last thing you put on and the first thing people notice. The jewellery that lives on your bedside table instead of in a box, and the pieces you reach for without thinking because they work with everything you own.
Lunalea is built around women who get dressed for themselves, who wear what they love constantly, and who don’t want to be careful with any of it. This is the part I care about most.
Every piece we choose has to meet the same standard: waterproof stainless steel with an 18k gold finish, made to be worn every single day without fading, tarnishing or turning your skin green.
We’d rather bring in fewer pieces and choose them carefully than add something to the collection just because it’s having a moment.
On every shoot I’ve ever been on, the outfit was never finished until the jewellery went on. A pair of earrings, one gold chain, a cuff — and suddenly the whole look made sense.
That’s what I look for in everything we bring in. Not jewellery that disappears, and not jewellery that takes over, but the piece that pulls an outfit together. A plain white T-shirt and jeans can feel completely different with the right gold on.
The collection is built so those pieces work together — shapes that layer without competing, finishes that match, and enough weight and presence to actually be seen.
From the way each piece is presented to the box it arrives in, we care about the small things.
We want receiving Lunalea to feel special before you’ve even put the piece on.
Lunalea is growing, and I want to keep it going. New shapes, new pieces, new ideas — everything that fits the collection and nothing that doesn't.
The bigger part is the community around it. The people who wear Lunalea, tell me what they want to see next, and shape what ends up in the collection. That's what I want to keep building.
