Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

In original condition
Returned in original, undamaged packaging

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, size, or color, please return your original item for a refund or gift card and place a new order.
Refunds
All returned items are inspected before approval. Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt. In rare cases, this may take up to 30 business days.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after confirmation.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact info@lunaleajewellery.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Damage caused after delivery, including accidental damage or improper handling, is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
