EXCHANGES & RETURNS

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. All eligible items must be returned unworn, in new condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@lunaleajewellery.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.



WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD AND COST?

 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our side (such as a faulty or incorrect item). Our return address is located in the Netherlands.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY?

 

 

 

Orders are processed quickly after purchase.

 

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

In that case, you may wait for delivery and request a return according to our return policy.


HYGIENE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered:

  • Earrings
  • Piercing jewellery
  • Any item that has been opened or used

This is in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations for hygiene-sensitive products.

 


CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

 

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

 

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

Returns can be initiated by emailing info@lunaleajewellery.com.


HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

 

 

We aim to process all returns within 14 business days after receiving the item.

 

In rare cases, this may take up to 30 business days, depending on volume or inspection.

Once your refund has been approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


RETURN CONDITIONS

 

 

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and free from stains or signs of wear
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • All returns are thoroughly inspected before approval


Please note:

  • We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs after delivery, including accidental damage or improper handling
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement
  • Pre-orders may be cancelled only before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellations are subject to a production fee


RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

 

We’re so sorry! If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@lunaleajewellery.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
